On May 25, 1977 the Star Wars saga began, and it proved to be far more succesful than anyone had anticipated. In the 30+ years since its release it has spawned Two Trilogies, several TV Shows, hundreds of Books, as well as various spoofs, imitators, and fan-made content.

The story of Star Wars is a Sci-Fi Fantasy Epic, it is the Hero's Tale as told in a diverse Sci-Fi setting of a distant galaxy. The Original Trilogy follows the path of a young farm-boy as he grows into a man and learns of a power he didn't know he possessed. The Prequel Trilogy is about one of the most powerful people in the galaxy and his fall into the ways of evil and darkness. The various books, shows, comics, and fan content tend to focus more on the galaxy on the whole and the many other players in the field of play in the broad Star Wars Universe.

Paragon is a chat-based simulation that takes place in this universe, during the relatively unexplored time between Episode III and Episode IV. A chat-based simulation is a game based in a chat room wherein the various participants role play in their chosen genre. We are a part of the Federation Sim Fleet's Space Fleet, formerly Space Fleet Online, and have been simming since 2005. We currently play on Sunday nights at 8pm (Eastern) in the AIM room SFOL Paragon, and is run by FSF Who and FSF Bailey
